Growing up, I was the skinny kid—never athletic, always feeling like I was on the outside. I didn’t have the confidence, and I wasn’t exactly in control of my health. After high school, I dove into the gym to get bigger, but I ended up gaining more than just muscle—I gained fat, too, from long hours at a desk job selling car parts.

It wasn’t until 2012 when I made the shift into the fitness industry that I realized it wasn’t just about building muscle or burning fat — it was about understanding what I my body needed and not only on a physical level.

Physical health is just one piece of the puzzle. True transformation happens when you start to connect your physical, mental, and emotional health. It’s not just about lifting weights or eating the right foods—it’s about how you feel, how you manage stress, and how all of it is tied together.

This is the perspective that helped me become a coach who doesn’t just focus on workouts but helps people reclaim control over every part of their lives.

Taking care of your health—physically, mentally, and emotionally—is like leveling up in a video game. When I’m not busy helping people level up, you’ll find me chasing sunsets in far-off places, pretending I’m a mountain goat on an outdoor adventure, obsessing over cars, or eating way too much at restaurants because “it’s for research.” Live life like it’s meant to be enjoyed, one epic moment at a time—preferably with a killer playlist in the background.
