Ditch the “hustle culture, no days off, or sleep is for the weak” mentality. That only leads to exhaustion and burnout. Instead, we prioritize recovery as a key part of your journey. It's about integrating rest and recovery into your routine so you can perform at your best—not just in the gym, but in every area of your life.
